Coffee-Marinated Pork Tenderloin

NOTE: Feel free to adjust the ingredients and quantities to suit your personal taste.

I’m excited to share this recipe for Coffee-Marinated Pork Tenderloin. It’s a simple way to add a rich flavor to your pork.

The coffee marinade makes the pork juicy and tasty. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the brewed coffee, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Prepare the Pork: Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  3. Marinate the Pork: Pour the marinade over the pork. Seal the bag or cover the dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Preheat the Grill or Oven: If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using the oven, preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Cook the Pork:
    • Grilling: Remove the pork from the marinade. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
    • Oven: Remove the pork from the marinade. Place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Rest and Slice: Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices stay inside.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice the pork and serve it with your favorite sides. Enjoy the rich, coffee-flavored goodness!

And that’s it! This Coffee-Marinated Pork Tenderloin is a fantastic way to bring a new flavor to your table. Give it a try and let me know how it turns out!
