Coffee-Infused Whipped Cream – Light and fluffy whipped cream with a hint of coffee

NOTE: Feel free to adjust the ingredients and quantities to suit your personal taste.

I’m excited to share my recipe for Coffee-Infused Whipped Cream. It’s light, fluffy, and has a subtle coffee flavor.

This is perfect for topping off cakes, pies, or even your morning coffee. Let’s get started!

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make

  1. Chill Your Tools
Start by chilling your mixing bowl and beaters. This helps the cream whip better. Place them in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients
Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Add the powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip It Up
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed. Keep beating until stiff peaks form. This means the cream should hold its shape when you lift the beaters out.
  4. Taste and Adjust
Taste the whipped cream. If you want a stronger coffee flavor, add a bit more brewed coffee and mix briefly.
  5. Serve or Store
Use the whipped cream immediately, or store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Gently re-whip before serving if needed.

Enjoy your Coffee-Infused Whipped Cream on top of your favorite desserts!
