If you love chocolate and coffee, you’re in for a treat. Today, I’m sharing how to make a Mocha Mirage.
It’s a rich and creamy mocha with a splash of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint. Perfect for a cozy day or impressing your friends!
Ingredients You’ll Need
How To Make
- Brew Your Espresso
Start by brewing 1 cup of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, strong coffee will work too. - Mix Chocolate Syrup
In a large mug, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup. Pour the hot espresso over it. Stir well to mix the syrup into the espresso. - Heat the Milk
Pour 1 cup of milk into a small saucepan. Heat it on medium heat until it’s warm, but not boiling. Stir occasionally. - Froth the Milk
If you have a milk frother, use it to froth the warm milk. If not, whisk it vigorously until it gets a bit frothy. - Combine Everything
Pour the frothed milk into your mug with the espresso and chocolate syrup. Stir gently. - Add Peppermint
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of crushed peppermint on top. This adds a nice, refreshing kick. - Optional Toppings
If you like, add a dollop of whipped cream on top and drizzle some extra chocolate syrup over it.
And that’s it! Your Mocha Mirage is ready to enjoy. It’s rich, creamy, and has just the right amount of peppermint to make it special. Enjoy!
